Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support for:
- Desktops and laptops
- Barcode and MRP printers
- Handheld, fixed, and RF scanners
- Ensure smooth functioning of production line IT infrastructure with minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
