Hiring: Desktop Support Engineer (Onsite – Madrid Spain)
Location: Madrid ESMM01 Mendez Alvaro Madrid
Work Mode: Fully Onsite (5 days per week)

Responsibilities
- Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance for office infrastructure and EIT services, including printing, connectivity, platform, and voice solutions.
- Install, test, and remove basic network devices such as switches, routers, and access points, providing support for site and core equipment (e.g., outbound band, firewall, NAC, DNS, security).
- Handle network connectivity troubleshooting for Wi‑Fi and LAN.
