About the Role

Our public sector client are looking for a Desktop Engineer to support the deployment of Windows 11 across their environment. This 12 week contract role involves device build, troubleshooting, process documentation, and supporting hardware configurations and upgrades, ensuring smooth rollout in classified and unclassified environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support Windows 11 rollout for desktops and devices
  • Build and pre-provision devices in person
  • Migrate accounts and troubleshoot issues
  • Develop and test Intune configuration processes
  • Support device decommissioning and issue resolution
  • Investigate faulty laptops and upgrade legacy desktops
