Job Description
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Minimum ITE/Diploma graduate with 1 year experience in desktop support
- Provide end user technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile devices, printers, and standard business applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS operating systems, software, and hardware.
- Manage device deployment, patching, and updates using Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
- Monitor and maintain endpoint security, antivirus, and compliance policies through Intune.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network related issues and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
- Perform onboarding and offboarding of users including device setup, account configuration, and access management.
- Maintain asset inventory, device lifecycle management, and documentation.
