Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create, review and modify carpentry drawings based on project requirements.
- Prepare and modify schematic, detailed, and technical drawings.
- Handle email correspondence with main contractors and other vendors.
- Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to meet project requirements.
- Meet with developers, main contractors, and vendors to address client needs.
- Handle any other ad‑hoc duties and tasks assigned.
- Provide assistance to Design department manager.
- At least 3 years experience in interior design, architecture design, furniture design, or related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp tools.
- Familiar with basic materials and processes, preferable to have experience in site construction follow‑up, construction drawing and furniture design .
