Full-time Art and Design Workers

- Develop innovative and trend-driven designs for woven garments as per buyer requirements and market trends.- Create sketches, mood boards, and detailed design concepts for new collections.- Possess strong knowledge of woven fabrics, garment construction, washes, trims, and embellishments.- Work closely with merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure timely development of styles.- Prepare artwork, colorways, and technical presentations using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.- Utilize AI-based design tools to enhance creativity, generate concepts, and improve design efficiency.- Research international fashion trends, colors, silhouettes, and fabric developments.- Coordinate with buyers and internal teams to ensure design specifications are accurately executed.- Support sample development and provide necessary design inputs for approvals.- Maintain design libraries, seasonal collections, and product development records.
