POSITION’S OBJECTIVE: (Brief on position’s objective)
Drive end-to-end product development and market strategy, encompassing market research, trend analysis, sample design coordination, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely range development, cost adherence, and successful launches, while proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To create concepts / Mood boards
Create 2D/3D sketches of initial ideas/designs for the category, working with the design manager and QC for joinery details, hardware, etc.
Work on preparation of 2D manufacturing technical drawings
Develop and implement the concepts for products basis the given brief from the CM
Evolving new designs addressing product & MRP gaps ensuring designs address different consumer bracke...
