We are seeking a permanent Design Technology Teacher to join our mainstream secondary school in Essex from 01 September 2026. The role covers Key Stage 3, 4 and 5, specialising in Product Design, Graphics, Textiles or Food, and includes active involvement in extra curricular clubs, competitions and school events.

Responsibilities

The successful Design Technology Teacher will teach across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, specialising in one or more of the following areas: Product Design, Graphics, Textiles or Food. The role also involves –

• Teaching Design Technology across KS3 and KS4.
• Managing a classroom and organising teaching resources.
