Job Summary

Seeking a Design Supervisor responsible for overseeing the performance of the Design team, ensuring training and feedback, and maintaining design standards for quality and efficiency. Must be organized, proficient in MS Excel, familiar with internal joist/deck design programs, experienced in the steel joist industry, and able to manage and schedule work effectively, with proficiency in English and Spanish as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performance of Design team; and ensuring Designers receive appropriate training and performance feedback.
• Maintain, develop, and communicate design standards and practices where necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Communicate regularly with Engineering Manager and other groups and personnel to ensure processes and workflow are aligned.
