The Role
As a Home Furnishings & Design Specialist , you will deliver exceptional customer service by helping customers create functional, organized, and aesthetically pleasing living spaces that reflect MUJI’s philosophy of simplicity, quality, and thoughtful living.
You will guide customers through product selection, space planning, and home organization solutions, from initial consultation through to purchase. You will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, and support sales growth through expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
