Compensation : - $75k-$80k depending on experience; 10% annual bonus target; $25k new hire stock; plus generous PTO - 29 days year 1.
The Design Associate supports all phases of design ensuring high standards are upheld including service delivery and design integrity while creating value for our assets and company.
