Pre-Construction Design Manager - City of London

Projects: Student Accommodation / Multi-Unit Residential

An established main contractor is looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Design Manager to lead the design and coordination and play a key role in the early-stage development and delivery of a major city project.

You’ll take ownership of all design and coordination activities through the pre-construction phase from RIBA stage 2 to stage 4. This includes managing design consultants and specialist subcontractors, oversee technical submissions, and ensure all design deliverables meet programme, quality, and compliance targets.
