Become the Design Manager at The Bentway, focused on innovative urban projects within a flexible hybrid work environment. Coordinate efforts to reinvent public spaces in Toronto.
Reporting to the Director of Planning & Design, this full-time role demands seasoned expertise in architecture, urban design, or construction project management. You'll drive the planning and execution of key projects, ensuring they are reflective of sustainability standards and community needs. Engage with a network of city officials, community partners, and contractors throughout various project stages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design initiatives along key urban corridors
• Facilitate relationships with municipal and private stakeholders
• Monitor budgets for construction projects of various scales
• Sustain communication with design teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum of five years in relevant professional fields
• Experience steering design projects across phases
