Design Engineer II
Responsibilities
+ Analyze products and tooling to develop and maintain design standards and specifications that meet customer requirements.
+ Ensure product compatibility and consistency across product lines.
+ Lead efforts to improve product quality, performance, and manufacturing efficiency using structured problem-solving methods.
+ Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Production teams to support customer and business needs.
+ Develop and deliver technical training for internal teams.
+ Identify key product features and dimensions to reduce development time and design risk.
+ Participate in Kaizen and 5S initiatives to support continuous improvement.
