What you'll do:
- Own the entire visual experience: web, product, marketing, everything.
- Design and code simultaneously.
- Use Next.js, Tailwind, React.
- Ship v1 today.
- Make decisions on taste and own them; iterate when wrong.
- Don’t ask permission.
- Set the standard so developers think these people know what they’re doing.
- Build systems that scale: typography, color, components.
- Keep it coherent as we grow.
