Meeting & Itinerary Support: Accompany the Design Chief Engineer to attend Philippine project meetings (interfacing with clients/engineers), responsible for drafting meeting minutes (focusing on decision points and action items), organizing meeting materials; assist in arranging itineraries and booking business travel.
Document & Reporting Support: Edit design‑related office documents (e.g., weekly reports, requests, summaries), optimize PPT presentation materials (formatting, chart organization), ensuring standardized formats and clear information (align with communication practices in Philippine projects).
Data & Statistics Support: Collect basic project data, create statistical tables and simple charts using Excel to help the Design Chief Engineer quickly grasp project dynamics.
