This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.
As a team leader, you are primarily responsible for the personnel management and development of your employees. You are also responsible for the daily tasks in the production. Due to the special interface function between management and production, this position is fundamentally important for the long-term success of Lonza.
