Position Title: Deputy Project Director (DPD)
Location: Pune
Job Summary
Deputy Project Director (DPD) will manage and coordinate projects across all phases including design, planning, construction, liaison, and sales. The role provides leadership to the site project management function by managing, coordinating, and developing internal teams and third-party vendors. DPD will work closely with the Business Head to drive efficient project operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and propose strategic plans, programs, and budgets for projects under control to the Business Head.
Ensure assigned projects are completed within budget and schedule while meeting stakeholder requirements, business objectives, and design guidelines.
Oversee multiple programs and project managers to ensure successful project delivery with minimal deviation in scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Interface with management to obtain necessary funding approvals.
