Deputy Program Director

For our client, were looking for a Deputy Program Director for an Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion implementation project.

Our client sets the following mandatory requirements for the consultant:

• At least 8 years of full-time experience in senior program or project management roles on large-scale IT or business transformation projects
• Demonstrated experience from large transformation projects in highly regulated industries
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both Finnish and English

In addition, the client expects the consultant to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

• Program leadership including governance forum facilitation and decision log management
• Stakeholder management, particularly with senior business stakeholders and C-suite counterparts
