Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. New Part Development: - Conduct DR (Design reviews) basis Engg. Drawings / blueprints - Hands on experience of Skin Parts tooling development. - Woking experience of BIW parts costing (Parts, Press Tools & Welding Fixture). - Drive Quality planning for new parts delivery (APQP or Advance Quality planning) with Suppliers - New Part development ensuring New Part's Quality meet the Design Specs & Standards - Validation of Tools / Dies / Gauge / Welding Fixture designs / concept & proving out from Development stage, Buyoffs & handover for production. - Ensure timely Submission of PPAP from Supplier & Submit to Quality post Process reviews, Control plan adherence / Signoffs along with Packaging review - Work Coordination with Quality, R & D, Supplier, Development teams for New Development Related activities i.e. Sample / APQP/ PPAP / Defect Free Supplies / Ontime Delivery - Handover Part to SCM t...
