Roles and Responsibilities
Provide inputs with regard to the performance of the vendor against the agreed statement of work for and recommend appropriate actions
IRSG : IRSG Execution : Project management
Undertake the technical evaluation of the property as per the guidelines and send to senior stakeholder for approvals
Evaluate the design documents received and liaison with the vendors in the execution of the project
Monitor the project on a day to day basis to ensure that the project is executed as per the guidelines and design specifications
Certification of the project on the completion for quality, dimensions, etc. and approve for processing of payments
Prepare the completion report post the approval from the senior stakeholders incorporating all the documents as per the specifications for handover to the business
