What the role is

Deputy Manager (Data Analysis and Surveys), Student Development & Recognition works with the 3 ITE Colleges and various HQ Divns to support the Educational & Career Guidance of our students, graduates and alumni, tracks our graduates’ employment & employability through the Graduate Employment Surveys, and fosters the building of overall alumni relations.

In addition, this role encompasses the administration and coordination of Special Educational Needs (SEN) support for full-time students, ensuring inclusive practices and effective delivery of tailored developmental initiatives.

He or She reports to an Assistant Director.

What you will be working on

• Manage Special Educational Needs (SEN) Work
• Liaise with Colleges to collate SEN, counselling and SEN Fund data for periodic reporting.
