DGM - Transition/Transformation and Program Management Role Summary The Transition, Transformation & Continuous Improvement Leader will drive large-scale transitions, deliver end‑to‑end business transformations, and institutionalize a continuous improvement culture across global operations. This role requires strong program management expertise, deep process knowledge, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams through complex change. Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies is highly desirable. Main Tasks Transition Management Lead the planning and execution of complex multi‑phase transitions across global functions or business units. Design transition governance, define operating models, create risk registers, and establish mitigation plans.
