The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in paper manufacturing, coating technology, production optimization, quality improvement, cost reduction, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production operations of the C1S coated paper machine, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing.
- Achieve production, quality, efficiency, and waste reduction targets.
- Optimize machine productivity through continuous process improvement and reduced downtime.
- Monitor and improve key production KPIs including OEE, machine efficiency, break frequency, coating consumption, steam and power consumption, reel quality, and customer complaints.
