Our client has been an industry leader in kitchen manufacturing for both the UK and US markets for 35 years, and has now become the UK's fastest growing designer, manufacturer and retailer of fully assembled kitchen cabinets. They already have 88 showrooms to date across in the UK, and plan to continue expansion with many more.
Due to the continual expansion and demand for their products we are requiring an Assistant Engineering Manager, the position would suit an experienced engineer looking for the next step into one of the fastest growing companies in the industry.
The main purpose:
To support the Engineering Manager to lead the site Engineering function through an exciting period of development.
This development encompasses the following elements: acceleration of our PPM journey, optimisation of our maintenance strategy to further improve machine effectiveness, support the roll out of investments and development of our manufacturing facility....
