Job Description

As a Recycling Centre Supervisor, you will play a hands-on role in maintaining and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our recycling depot. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Supervise and lead a small team providing ongoing mentoring, coaching, and support
  • Ensure maximum operational uptime and processing volumes through efficient management of operational team
  • Responsible for all depot WHS governance, practices and improvements
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work on the ground with team when work volume demands are high
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment staff and customers
  • Troubleshoot with Technician on RVM issues
  • Compliance with TOMRA SAFE Standards and Guidelines
