- Processing deposits, withdrawals, returned checks and adjustments
- Reconciling accounts
- Handling customer inquiries
- Account maintenance
- Wire transfers
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years banking experience in a back-office role or wire transfer processing experience preferred.
- Excellent etiquette, customer service and interpersonal skills required.
