Responsibilities
- Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment to ensure smooth implementation
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to execute implementation plans
- Analyze client accounting workflows and translate them into technical requirements
- Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption
- Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination
- Track milestones and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned
- Identify risks early and maintain clear documentation and status updates
