Job Description
**Overview**
Element Materials Technology Fort Wayne has an opportunity for a **Field Services Department Supervisor/Route Coordinator** . The **Department Supervisor** is a key member of the field services department and is responsible for daily route planning as well as management of the fleet vehicles, warehouse, and testing supplies. The **Department Supervisor** leads a team of at least 8 field technicians and is directly responsible for ensuring that samples are collected and returned to the laboratory on time. In addition to route planning and staff supervision, the **Department Supervisor** must be able to properly collect and handle client samples when field service needs require on route assistance with sample pickup or collection. Lastly, the **Department Supervisor** will routinely field calls and emails from internal and external customers.
