Demand Planner – Iberia Demand Planning & Forecasting (Madrid, Spain)
We are looking for an experienced Demand Planner to join our Iberia Demand Planning & Forecasting team, based in Madrid, Spain. This is a pivotal role within a team managing 800+ SKUs across iconic brands such as Oreo, Milka, Fontaneda, LU Prince, TUC, and more, in a fast-paced FMCG food environment where shelf life is a real operational constraint. You will be part of a major system transformation from SAP APO to O9 Solutions and will bring technical strength and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the 0-24 month IBP demand forecast by brand and SKU level.
- Coordinate, challenge and influence building blocks with input from sales, marketing and cross-functional partners.
