Main Purpose of Job:
AsĀ theĀ DemandĀ PlanningĀ Manager,Ā youĀ willĀ leadĀ theĀ forecastingĀ andĀ planningĀ processĀ forĀ multipleĀ productĀ categories,Ā ensuringĀ accurateĀ andĀ actionableĀ demandĀ insightsĀ thatĀ driveĀ businessĀ growth.

* Lead the end-to-end demand planning process for assigned categories, ensuring forecast accuracy and consistency.
* Consolidate and validate category forecasts, providing a single source of truth for sales, supply, and finance teams.
* Conduct root cause analysis for forecast variances and identify improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional team to align demand with business objectives and market dynamics.
* Monitor forecast performance metrics, including forecast accuracy, bias, and KPI compliance, and implement process improvements.
