Job Description
Position: Demand Planning Manager Department: Supply Chain
Location: Cambodia
Main Purpose of the Job
Responsible for ensuring high service level delivery through accurate forecasting and driving the demand planning process in alignment with warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and Coordinate Demand Planning Process
+ Facilitate monthly demand planning meetings with Customer Strategy & Planning and Marketing teams.
+ Own sales forecast accuracy and provide consistent analysis.
+ Collaborate with Customer Strategy & Planning and Marketing to deliver accurate, robust, and timely forecasts.
+ Ensure consistency between volume forecasts and secondary sales forecasts, aligned with historical trends and activity calendars.
+ Address risks and opportunities for informed decision-making.
+ Support innovation projects, new product development (NPD), and transition projects....
