**The Role:**
The Demand Planning Manager leads demand and supply alignment activities to ensure customer demand is met through accurate forecasting, capacity planning, schedule stability, and cross-functional execution.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Lead demand and supply alignment activities to support customer demand requirements while improving schedule stability and overall operational performance.
+ Improve demand forecasting for models, options, and parts through structured planning processes and stronger forecast accuracy management.
