The job is growth: constant experimentation across the whole funnel, backed by hard numbers.
This is not a structured PM and not a manage‐from‐a‐distance lead; it's a hands‐on, entrepreneurial operator who takes the patient side and makes it move.
Terapia is a two‐sided marketplace: patients (demand) and therapists (supply).
This role owns the patient side only, inside the Terapia project (not company‐wide).
