Demand Generation Manager

Full-time General Sales

We're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to fill the pipeline with qualified leads and ensure consistent meeting bookings with major Norwegian companies.

You’ll be responsible for planning and executing campaigns that create interest, engagement, and concrete sales conversations. The role is closely tied to sales and is measured by pipeline and meeting bookings. You’ll use AI tools to accelerate the process and create innovative campaigns.

We are a company in strong growth backed by some of Norway’s leading VC investors. Now we need someone who can build structured demand in the market.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns targeted at defined target groups
• Build inbound flow through advertising, webinars, content and ABM
• Optimize conversion from traffic to meeting
• Collaborate closely with sales on prioritized accounts
