Job Responsibilities

• Product Management: Deliver quality products with the expected profitability. Responsible for the Product Backlog created with clients, evaluating impact, size, value, and dependencies of each work context. Be accountable for scope with the client to successfully complete challenges, exceeding expectations. Identify risks and control costs to anticipate potential situations that may jeopardize the team’s work. Develop a Delivery Plan together with the client and Developers to identify dependencies and manage deliveries.
• Client Relations: Understand client needs and manage their expectations based on quality and efficiency criteria, focusing on establishing unique and lasting bonds based on trust and win‑win relationships, seeking business opportunities to add value, and conveying this attitude to all team members.
