Position Summary
As a Delivery & Fulfillment Manager, you will ensure day-to-day interface between our external clients and our internal operations, to make sure deliveries run smoothly. The first person responsible for contract delivery management, responsible for end-to-end delivery management, project delivery strategy formulation, and customer satisfaction, schedule, cost and quality.
