In this pivotal role, TripArc seeks a seasoned Delivery Manager with at least five years of experience in Scrum mastery and cross-team delivery management. You will facilitate key Scrum ceremonies across three distinct podsāItineraries on ADX, QT Styler, and Product Builderāensuring seamless communication and effective delivery. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders, making impactful decisions that guide project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Execute delivery across three operational pods
ā¢ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including planning and retrospectives
ā¢ Own and manage cross-team dependencies proactively
ā¢ Collaborate on release plans with Product Owners
ā¢ Monitor sprint velocity and address blockers effectively
