Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scoping Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Timeline & Milestone Management Develop detailed project schedules and track progress to ensure all phases complete on time and within budget.
- Resource & Budget Allocation Manage financial budgets and coordinate cross-functional team assignments to maximize operational efficiency.
- Risk Mitigation & Problem Solving Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, assess risks, and implement contingency plans to keep projects on track.
