Key Responsibilitie
- s:Lead and manage recruitment delivery for IT staffing and staff augmentation engagement
- s.Own client relationships and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions while meeting agreed SLAs and TA
- T.Manage and mentor a team of recruiters/delivery executives to achieve hiring target
- s.Collaborate with sales, account managers, and clients to understand hiring priorities and workforce plan
