Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily delivery activities of the distribution team
- Oversee the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles to optimize efficiency
- Monitor driver performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high standards of service
- Liaise with customers to address any delivery-related inquiries or concerns
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the delivery operation
- Provide support and leadership to the delivery team to foster a positive and productive work environment
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar delivery leadership role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
