Role Description & Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain and deploy customer applications as well support technical complex deployments
- Provide excellent customer support, where planning and communication skills are vital. This includes making configurations to deployments based on customers’ requirements
- Support in analyzing and resolving customer incidents (via 3DS support tickets) within regular office hours (9am to 6pm)
- Ensure our hosted environment runs smoothly and grows with the needs of a fast-developing and demanding international organization of professionals
- Assist the team in overall day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing/completed Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar fields.
