Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Transport: Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods on assigned routes and meet tight delivery schedules.
- Navigation: Plan and follow optimal routes using GPS systems or local area knowledge to maximize efficiency.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients politely, resolve basic complaints, obtain delivery signatures, and collect payments when required.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip inspections, keep the vehicle clean, and report any mechanical issues to fleet management.
- Compliance: Obey all local traffic laws & regulations, and company safety procedures.
- License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
