Delivery Coordinator

Full time Material Recording, Scheduling, Dispatching, and Distributing Workers

As our Delivery Coordinator, you’ll be our first point of contact for all customer inquiries.

Having Registration experience is an advantage, but it’s more important to have a great attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and be able to work independently.

Working closely with the Sales Manager and a strong sales team, You will be responsible for:

• The effective management, planning and organising the coordination of vehicle deliveries for our Guests
• Liaising with the Business Managers and Operations team to help facilitate preparation and accurate delivery of vehicles
• Scheduling appointments for Guests to collect their vehicles
• Coordinating with Stock Control to ensure accurate and timely preparation and turnaround of vehicles to be delivered
• Accurately preparing and finalising delivery paperwork.
