What You'll Do
+ Connect with members regarding past-due consumer loan and credit card accounts in the early stages of delinquency (1–30 days past due).
+ Provide outstanding customer service while helping members understand their options and develop payment solutions.
+ Use active listening and critical thinking skills to identify needs and recommend appropriate resolutions.
