FLSA Status: Part time, Non-Exempt Summary: We’re looking for a confident, organized, and coaching-minded leader to join our team as a Deck Supervisor. This is a shift leadership role at its core - you’ll oversee the flow of lessons, lead and develop your deck team, and make sure every student and family has a golden experience every single visit. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership seriously, communicates with clarity, and gets energy from helping others grow, this role is built for you. Duties and Responsibilities:Own the shift from start to finish - prepare the deck, lead pre-shift and post-shift meetings, and keep lessons running on time and on brand.
