Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Deck Foreman to join our client’s 6th generation drillship. This is a permanent rotational position commencing July 2026.

The Deck Foreman will form part of the offshore marine support team, responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant deck operations onboard the drillship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all deck operations on-board the vessel are carried out safely, efficiently and in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervision and coordination of Crane Operators, Assistant Crane Operators and Deck team on-board.
  • Conduct pre- and post-operational inspections of deck equipment, ensuring readiness, integrity and correct certification status.
