Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Perform deburring of machined parts, polishing of valve bodies, laser engraving, and rework of sealing surfaces to meet quality standards
Conduct Total Quality Control (TQC) activities, including inspection, measurement, and documentation of parts
Operate machining equipment based on skill level and training, supporting basic processing tasks as needed
Use common measuring tools (., calipers, micrometers) to verify dimensions and ensure compliance with specifications
Read and interpret standard machining drawings to guide work processes
Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Apply 5S practices to maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workspace
Maintain accurate production and quality records in line with company requirements
