**Job Title: Deburrer** **Job Description**
The Deburrer performs precision deburring and finishing operations on metal components to remove burrs and imperfections left from machining and other manufacturing processes. This role ensures parts meet safety, functionality, and assembly requirements by smoothing surfaces, following detailed work instructions, and working closely with machinists and quality teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform deburring and finishing operations on metal parts after machining to remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections.
+ Use hand tools, pneumatic grinders, small power tools, and other metal finishing equipment to smooth and polish surfaces.
+ Inspect parts visually and with basic measurement tools to verify they meet specifications and quality standards.
