This role is perfect for a strategic collections professional who excels at managing complex funding landscapes, university relationships, and high-volume leasing operations.
Key Performance Areas:
Collections & Arrears Management: Drive regional debt recovery strategies to ensure cash is collected as it falls due. Oversee the entire credit control lifecycle, including delinquency management and legal escalations.
Leasing & Occupancy Optimization: Ensure all buildings within the KZN region are fully let at approved rental levels. Manage the leasing execution process and monitor tenant movement to maintain optimal occupancy.
